Harvard University - Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Senior Technology and CRM Lead 48666BR Core Duties

  • Responsible for effective staff management, including hiring and orientation, training and development, workflow and performance management, and the promotion of an inclusive and innovative work environment
  • Participate fully in software development life cycle
  • Implement and support technical solutions to deliver business requirements
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve services
  • Contribute ideas to coding best practices and new technologies
  • Draw on relationship and technical skills to act as technical liaison to internal and external clients
  • Abide by and follow the Harvard University IT technical standards, policies and Code of Conduct

Basic Qualifications -

  • Minimum of two years' post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience

Additional Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree (or advanced) in computer science or related field preferred
  • 5+ years with CRM and database systems, with 2+ years of Salesforce (or related CRM) experience, preferred
  • Experience programming in Java or other high level language (PHP, Javascript, etc.) preferred
  • CRM administration experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL preferred
  • Exposure to cloud-based systems architectures, such as AWS, preferred
  • Experience with Canvas preferred
  • Experience dealing with technical vendors preferred
  • Experience effectively communicating and partnering with non-technical colleagues preferred
